Commercial work

Commercial and service work we take on

ALPINERUS Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. trades in goods and delivers service work to business clients from Eger. What follows is what that means in practice, so you can judge quickly whether the company fits your requirement before either side spends time on paperwork.

Continuation

Send a defined task by email, or call if the requirement is still forming. The first reply tells you whether the company can take the work on and what information is needed next.

How the two sides of the business fit together

Trade and service activity are not separate businesses bolted together. Goods move between parties, and the handling around them, documentation, coordination, follow-up, is service work. Keeping both under one Kft. means a partner deals with a single counterparty, a single invoice header, and one set of registry identifiers. For Hungarian small and mid-sized clients in particular, that simplicity is often the deciding factor when choosing who to work with.

One counterparty

A trade transaction and the service work that surrounds it are agreed with the same company, so nobody has to reconcile two suppliers for one job.

One invoice header

Invoicing stays in one place. For a Hungarian bookkeeping routine that removes a whole class of matching work at month end.

One set of identifiers

Registration and tax numbers stay fixed across every engagement, which is what a partner's own compliance check needs to see.

Commercial activity: goods and trading support

On the commercial side the company handles sourcing and resale of goods and the administrative work that surrounds a trade transaction. That includes purchase documentation, delivery records, and invoicing discipline, which in Hungarian business practice matter as much as the goods themselves.

Trade here is not a marketplace operation and we do not run an online shop; it is business-to-business activity, agreed per partner. If your requirement involves goods moving between Hungary and a partner abroad, say so in the first message, because it changes which documents we prepare.

Service activity: what business clients ask for

Service work for a company like ours is practical rather than specialised. Partners typically need support tasks handled on a defined basis instead of building capacity in-house for something that happens occasionally. The useful questions at the start are therefore scope, timing, and responsibility: what exactly is being done, by when, and who owns which step. We would rather settle those three points in writing before work starts than discover a mismatch halfway through.

Scope

A short written description of the task, agreed before anything moves. For a trade transaction that may be an order confirmation; for service work it is usually a one-page scope note.

Timing

Deadlines are stated up front, including the ones that depend on a third party such as a carrier or a registry office. If a date cannot be held, you hear it before the work starts, not after.

Responsibility

Each step names who owns it. That matters most when a task sits between two organisations, because an unowned handover is where small jobs turn into long correspondence.

Records

Both sides keep a copy of the starting document. Hungarian business documentation culture expects a paper trail, and it makes invoicing and any later question far easier to answer.

Working with Hungarian and foreign partners

Most of our counterparties are Hungarian businesses, but the company does work with partners from outside Hungary as well. The difference shows up in the paperwork, not the work. A foreign partner usually needs registry documents first, because their own compliance process has to confirm the Hungarian company before a contract is signed. We expect that and treat it as normal.

For a foreign partner the practical preparation is short: know the registration number, the tax number, and the registered seat, and ask for the registry extract rather than a summary. The verification page on this site explains which documents are typically requested and what each one contains.

What we do not offer

We do not sell company information about other businesses, and we are not a registry-data provider. We also do not present ourselves as specialists in areas outside the declared scope, even if a request sounds close to it.

If something falls outside what the company is registered and set up to do, we will say so rather than stretch the description. That keeps expectations accurate on both sides and avoids engagements that start badly.

How scope is agreed

Every engagement starts from a written description of the task, however short. For a trade transaction that may be a simple order confirmation; for service work it is usually a one-page scope note. Both sides keep a copy.

This is not bureaucracy for its own sake: Hungarian business documentation culture expects a paper trail, and a clear starting document makes invoicing and any later dispute far easier. The working-with-us page describes the sequence in detail.

Where to start

If you have a defined task, send it by email with whatever detail you already have, including any deadline. If the requirement is still forming, a short phone call is often faster than a long message. Either way, the first reply will tell you whether the company can take the work on and what information is needed next. You will not be passed to a third party or added to a marketing list.

Questions partners ask before starting

Does ALPINERUS Kft. work with private individuals?

The company's activity is business-oriented: trade and services for business clients and partners. Enquiries from private individuals are answered, but most engagements are business-to-business.

Can you handle a one-off task rather than an ongoing arrangement?

Yes. Scope is agreed per engagement, so a single defined task is as workable as a longer arrangement. What matters is that the scope note is clear before work starts.

Do you publish prices?

No. Terms depend on the specific task, volumes, and timing, so they are agreed per engagement rather than listed on the site. Send your requirement and you will get a concrete answer.

How do I know the company is registered for this activity?

The declared activity codes are listed in the company's registry extract, which you can request or check through the Hungarian company register using our registration number 07-09-049527.

Send the task as you have it. The answer will tell you whether the work fits, what documents are needed, and when it can be done.
